We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Health & wellness products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at shidesstorellc@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error.
