Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

For our new Shide’s products — Hand Cream, Lip Balm, and Body Wash — shipping times are currently 5 to 10 business days.

We appreciate your patience as we prepare and deliver your items with care.

Shipping Areas:

• USA & Canada: We ship most products

• International Shipping: Only available for all Shide’s products at this time 

Shipping Fees:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Time (Estimated):

• USA: 3–7 business days

• Canada: 7–10 business days

• International (Shide’s Products) 10–21 business days
